How to make a M.O.R.E. warranty claim
- Get a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number first; M.O.R.E. won't accept a warranty return without one
- Have a copy of your original receipt showing where you bought it, the date and the price paid
- Ship the part back freight prepaid and insured, following the instructions from the dealer you bought it from

This is the tube-work version of M.O.R.E.'s Rock Proof front bumper for the 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK. It's made to protect the fenders, carry a winch and look tidy doing it. The plate portion is 3/16-inch steel, CNC laser cut, MIG welded and finished smooth, and tube work is added for extra protection.
The tube work and 3/4-inch plate eyelets make it winch-ready and set up for the trail. It ships bare steel unless you choose a powder coat option.
Order it bare steel and paint it to suit, or have it powder coated in Pure Black, Flame Red, Tactical Gray or Desert Sand. Bare is the cheaper route and gives you full control over coating; powder coat arrives ready, though finish is a wear item and isn't covered by the warranty. The parts are designed in 3D CAD, cut on Mazak lasers and welded by certified welders in Delta, Colorado.
M.O.R.E. builds every bumper to order and quotes 6–8 weeks. Steel plate and tube make for a heavy bumper, so line up a helper for install, confirm your winch fits before bolting it in, and re-torque after the first outing.
