How to make a M.O.R.E. warranty claim
- Get a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number first; M.O.R.E. won't accept a warranty return without one
- Have a copy of your original receipt showing where you bought it, the date and the price paid
- Ship the part back freight prepaid and insured, following the instructions from the dealer you bought it from

Jeep covered a lot of the JL's underside from the factory, but on the 3.0L turbo diesel Unlimited the transfer case was left hanging in the open. This M.O.R.E. add-on skid closes that gap with a 1/4-inch aluminum plate that takes the hit before the case does.
It fits 2020 and newer Jeep Wrangler JL Unlimited models with the 3.0L turbo diesel. M.O.R.E. lists the plate at about 25 lb, and it installs with the factory bolts and no drilling. M.O.R.E. calls it an easy install; a floor jack to hold the plate while you start the bolts helps.
Aluminum is the pick if you want armor that keeps weight down. Finish choices are bare aluminum, Pure Black, Flame Red, Desert Sand and Tactical Gray. M.O.R.E. builds aluminum skids to order and quotes up to 10 business days for bare, with powder coat adding up to 5 business days.

Will it fit a gas-engine JL?
This plate is listed for the JL Unlimited with the 3.0L turbo diesel only. Confirm your engine before ordering, or call us to check.
Is drilling required?
No. It installs with factory bolts and no drilling.
How long does it take to ship?
M.O.R.E. builds aluminum plates to order: up to 10 business days for bare aluminum, and powder coat can add up to 5 business days.
Should I pick bare aluminum or a powder coat color?
Mostly looks. Powder coat (Pure Black, Tactical Gray, Flame Red or Desert Sand) gives a finished color but will wear where the plate meets rock, and finish wear is not covered by the warranty. Bare aluminum has no coating to chip.
What does the warranty cover?
M.O.R.E.'s RockProof Lifetime Warranty covers product failure for the original retail purchaser for as long as they own the vehicle. The powder coat finish is a wear item and is not covered, and install labor, shipping, altered parts and wrong-vehicle installs are excluded.
