How to make a M.O.R.E. warranty claim
- Get a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number first; M.O.R.E. won't accept a warranty return without one
- Have a copy of your original receipt showing where you bought it, the date and the price paid
- Ship the part back freight prepaid and insured, following the instructions from the dealer you bought it from

A 2 door JL comes from the factory with a fuel tank skid that is only .074 in. thick. This M.O.R.E. plate covers it with 1/4 in. aluminum, so the tank gets real armor without loading the Jeep down with steel.
Why it works
- 1/4 in. aluminum plate over a .074 in. factory skid
- About 25 lb, so the weight stays down
- Bare aluminum or one of four powder-coat colors to match or contrast with your paint
Fitment
Fits the 2018 and newer Jeep Wrangler JL 2 door. It works fine on its own, or you can pair it with M.O.R.E.'s JL oil pan/transmission and transfer case skids for a fully covered belly.
Lead time
M.O.R.E. builds its aluminum skids to order. Bare aluminum can take up to 10 business days to ship, and any powder-coated finish can take up to 15 business days. Worth knowing before you plan a trip around it.
Who builds it
M.O.R.E. started in Chris Overacker's garage in 1978 and is still in Delta, Colorado. Every part is drawn in 3D CAD, cut on Mazak lasers and welded by certified welders in-house, so the whole thing is made in the USA.

Made to order: up to 10 business days bare, and powder coating can take up to 15 business days.
What does the warranty cover?
M.O.R.E.'s RockProof Lifetime Warranty covers product failure for the original retail buyer for as long as they own the vehicle. The powder coat or other finish and any rubber or urethane parts are treated as wear items and are not covered, nor are altered parts, improper installs, or fire and accident damage. M.O.R.E. repairs or replaces at its discretion; labor and shipping are not included.
