What's not covered
- Theft or loss
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect how the product works, or deliberate damage
- Misuse, neglect, or improper installation
- Extreme conditions such as fire, flood, or severe impact
- Normal wear and tear
How to make a KC HiLiTES warranty claim

- If something goes wrong, open a warranty claim at https://www.kchilites.com/help/returns/form
- Wait for RMA approval from KC
- Ship the product back with the RMA
- KC repairs or replaces it

KC HiLiTES FLEX ERA LED Light Bar Add-A-Light Kit, 10"
Make your FLEX ERA light bar longer. This kit adds one 10" segment to an existing KC HiLiTES FLEX ERA bar, with the linker bracket, power connector and hardware to join it. It is not a standalone light: it extends a bar you already own, such as the 30" Master Kit.
Like the Master Kits, it ships with the combo lens installed, a spot lens in the box and a black and yellow KC cover. Each segment adds 7,912 raw lumens and draws 9.0 A in high-power mode, so check that your existing harness and switch can carry the extra load; KC sells a FLEX ERA harness for 10"-50" bars. Does this work on its own?
It is designed to extend an existing FLEX ERA light bar. It includes the linker and power connector, not a full wiring harness.
What lenses come with it?
Combo installed, plus a spot lens in the box.
Do I need a bigger harness?
Each segment draws up to 9.0 A in high-power mode. Check your harness rating against the new total, or ask us.
