- Coverage can transfer to a later owner.
What's covered
- Any eligible product that fails or gets damaged under normal use is repaired or replaced
- Coverage carries over to later owners (fully transferable)
- Applies to purchases from kchilites.com, by phone, from authorized dealers, or at KC's Flagstaff location
- Once registered, no receipt is needed for a claim
What's not covered
- Theft or loss
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect how the product works, or deliberate damage
- Misuse, neglect, or improper installation
- Extreme conditions such as fire, flood, or severe impact
- Normal wear and tear
How to make a KC HiLiTES warranty claim
- Register the product within 60 days of purchase at https://support.kchilites.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
- If something goes wrong, open a warranty claim at https://www.kchilites.com/help/returns/form
- Wait for RMA approval from KC
- Ship the product back with the RMA
- KC repairs or replaces it
