ICON spent over a year in its R&D program identifying the limiting factors in the Tacoma's original rear suspension. The result is the RXT Rear Suspension System, aimed at everything from high-speed desert running to expedition travel.
It combines three new 2.5 Aluminum Series rear shock options with a multi-rate leaf spring, and both are designed to work with the ICON rear bump stop kit. ICON says the system adds 20% more wheel travel, and the leaf spring rate can be adjusted to suit different vehicle setups and loads.
