How to make a Hondo Garage warranty claim

- No form or RMA number needed, and you usually don't have to send the broken part back first
- For crash damage, describe what happened; Hondo can send rebuild parts with instructions or refurbish it (labor free, Hondo pays return shipping)
- Second owners need the original order number or proof of purchase
- International damage (non-defect) claims may require you to cover part of shipping

This bundle is for people who already have a RAM ball mounted in their truck, Jeep or bike and want a better phone holder to put on it. It attaches directly to the existing RAM ball base, so you reuse the 1-inch B-size ball that is already installed instead of buying and mounting a new base.
Hondo Garage packs the pieces that matter into one kit: an articulating arm so you can aim the phone where you want it, the BuzzKill vibration damper that protects the phone camera, and the Perfect Squeeze phone mount that holds the device. Everything between the ball and the phone comes in the box.
Fitment
Universal. It works with any vehicle or bike that has a 1-inch B-size RAM ball base. It is not vehicle specific, and the vendor does not list year or model restrictions.
What's included
Articulating arm, BuzzKill and Perfect Squeeze mount. The RAM ball base is not included, since the bundle is designed to use the one you already have.
