What's not covered
- Crash damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse or using the product for something it wasn't built for
- Electronics damaged by bad wiring, wrong input voltage or improper use
- Intentional damage
How to make a Hondo Garage warranty claim
- Email support with your order number and a photo of the problem
- No form or RMA number needed, and you usually don't have to send the broken part back first
- For crash damage, describe what happened; Hondo can send rebuild parts with instructions or refurbish it (labor free, Hondo pays return shipping)
- Second owners need the original order number or proof of purchase
- International damage (non-defect) claims may require you to cover part of shipping
