The plate-based second row seat delete lets 4th Gen 4Runner owners build a secure, comfortable sleeping platform inside the vehicle. With the factory second row out, you get a flat deck and more interior height than a conventional setup, which suits stealth camping.
It installs without cutting or drilling any part of the vehicle. The pillow extensions are included. Overall length is 80 in with them installed and 73 in without, which the maker says is long enough for most people.
It also saves weight. The 40% delete weighs 20 lb against 33 lb for the factory seat, and the 60% delete weighs 28 lb against 65 lb. Each pillow extension weighs 2.5 lb per side.
Fitment
Toyota 4Runner 4th Gen, 2003-2009, without a third row. These are not compatible with 3rd row delete vehicles. The 40% piece is the LH side and the 60% piece is the RH side, so confirm the correct one for your vehicle before ordering.
Install notes
The seat delete requires the Goose Gear Rear Plate System. Also available as a package with both second row deletes and the rear plate system.
