- Labor and installation costs, custom paint or finish work, towing and rental car charges
- Shipping on finish and electronics claims, and packages lost in transit
- Incidental, consequential, indirect or special damages
- Habitual abuse of the warranty or return policy
How to make a Go Rhino warranty claim
- Contact Go Rhino customer service by phone or through the contact form on the warranty page.
- Be ready to provide proof of purchase and photos of the problem.
- Get an RGA number before sending anything back.
- Mark the RGA number clearly on the outside of the package and ship it to the address on the RGA form.

The Go Rhino Xventure long 44 in. hard case is a molded PPC thermoplastic box with an IP67 rating. It has an automatic air pressure release valve, padlock provisions and a foam interior. It suits overlanders and anyone hauling tools or gear that has to stay dry and dust free.
