- Return shipping on lifetime defect claims, generally, when the package carries an RGA number

- Normal wear and tear, fading and natural breakdown of finishes and materials
- Alteration, misuse, accidents, neglect, improper care and improper installation
- Failure of third-party products used with the Go Rhino part
- Flood, chemical fallout, salt, hail and other environmental conditions or natural disasters
- Labor and installation costs, custom paint or finish work, towing and rental car charges
- Shipping on finish and electronics claims, and packages lost in transit
- Incidental, consequential, indirect or special damages
- Habitual abuse of the warranty or return policy
How to make a Go Rhino warranty claim
- Contact Go Rhino customer service by phone or through the contact form on the warranty page.
- Be ready to provide proof of purchase and photos of the problem.
- Get an RGA number before sending anything back.
- Mark the RGA number clearly on the outside of the package and ship it to the address on the RGA form.
