- Labor and installation costs, custom paint or finish work, towing and rental car charges
- Shipping on finish and electronics claims, and packages lost in transit
- Incidental, consequential, indirect or special damages
- Habitual abuse of the warranty or return policy
How to make a Go Rhino warranty claim
- Contact Go Rhino customer service by phone or through the contact form on the warranty page.
- Be ready to provide proof of purchase and photos of the problem.
- Get an RGA number before sending anything back.
- Mark the RGA number clearly on the outside of the package and ship it to the address on the RGA form.

The Go Rhino SR10 is a 48 in. long safari-style basket roof rack in tubular mild steel with black fairings. It installs over factory or aftermarket crossbars with no-drill crossbar clamps, and the side plates have tie-down points. It suits luggage bags and strapped-down gear.
