- Normal wear and tear, fading and natural breakdown of finishes and materials
- Alteration, misuse, accidents, neglect, improper care and improper installation
- Failure of third-party products used with the Go Rhino part
- Flood, chemical fallout, salt, hail and other environmental conditions or natural disasters
- Labor and installation costs, custom paint or finish work, towing and rental car charges
- Shipping on finish and electronics claims, and packages lost in transit
- Incidental, consequential, indirect or special damages
- Habitual abuse of the warranty or return policy
How to make a Go Rhino warranty claim
- Contact Go Rhino customer service by phone or through the contact form on the warranty page.
- Be ready to provide proof of purchase and photos of the problem.
- Get an RGA number before sending anything back.
- Mark the RGA number clearly on the outside of the package and ship it to the address on the RGA form.

Go Rhino RB10 Slim Line running boards fit the Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon Crew Cab (2015-2026) and come with vehicle-specific mounting brackets. The louvered step is 4 in. wide at its widest and sits tight to the cab for better ground clearance. They suit trucks and SUVs that see trails as well as parking lots.
