Go Rhino wants proof of purchase, photos and an RGA number before it will look at a part, and shipping rules differ between structural, finish and electronics claims. Contact NVMOS first: we have your receipt, can help sort out which term applies and will work with Go Rhino on the RGA and the repair or replacement.
