- Shipping on finish and electronics claims, and packages lost in transit
- Incidental, consequential, indirect or special damages
- Habitual abuse of the warranty or return policy
How to make a Go Rhino warranty claim
- Contact Go Rhino customer service by phone or through the contact form on the warranty page.
- Be ready to provide proof of purchase and photos of the problem.
- Get an RGA number before sending anything back.
- Mark the RGA number clearly on the outside of the package and ship it to the address on the RGA form.

Go Rhino built the Dominator Xtreme D6 4 in. Drop Steps as a pair of 4 in. bolt-on drop steps for the Dominator Xtreme D6 side steps. They add onto D6 side steps on vehicles such as the Chevrolet Colorado (2015-2026), Chevrolet Silverado (2007-2026) and Chevrolet Silverado HD (2007-2026). They suit lifted rigs on bigger tires.
