- Shipping on finish and electronics claims, and packages lost in transit
- Incidental, consequential, indirect or special damages
- Habitual abuse of the warranty or return policy
How to make a Go Rhino warranty claim
- Contact Go Rhino customer service by phone or through the contact form on the warranty page.
- Be ready to provide proof of purchase and photos of the problem.
- Get an RGA number before sending anything back.
- Mark the RGA number clearly on the outside of the package and ship it to the address on the RGA form.

The Go Rhino 3000 Series StepGuard is a center grille guard for the Ford F-150 (2015-2017). It protects the grille and center bumper and has a patented built-in step with an oversized pad for reaching the hood and engine. It suits lifted trucks where the top of the engine bay is a stretch.
