This is the bare-bones version of the Genesis Offroad dual battery install for right hand drive Wrangler JKs. You get the battery tray and the top lid with nothing mounted to the lid, so the isolator, wiring and layout are your call. If you already own an isolator, or you need a setup the full-featured Genesis kit does not cover, this gets you the same tray without the extras.
The kit includes the hardware needed to install the tray in the vehicle, so the mounting side is handled even though the electrical side is left to you.

No. This DIY kit is the tray and top lid only, with no components mounted on the lid. You supply your own isolator and do the wiring.
