How to make a Tackform warranty claim
- Email clear photos of the mount and the failed area
- Explain how and when it failed
- Include proof of purchase (order number, Amazon order or receipt) and your shipping address

- Securely Mount To Your Fast Track™ Bracket: Featuring a 20mm ball, our CNC machined Fast Track™ ball mount is designed to work specifically with our Fast Track™ brackets, ensuring compatibility and ease of use. Built To Outlast You!
- 4 Prong TPMS and Monitor Holder: This 4 Prong design is based off industry standard specs. It will work with the majority of name brand monitors that utilize the 4 prong system. However, there are some aftermarket monitor manufactures that utilize the 4 prong system that do not conform to the industry standard specs. In most cases the non-conforming devices will still fit but will take more force to engage the 4 prong holder with your device.
- Indestructible: Yep we said it. Where most Aluminum tube arms have the sockets simply glued into the ends, making failure over time a likely event, ours will never fail. The reason is simple. Quality Engineering. We designed an internal support system that ties the two dovetail/socket ends together, offering a solution you can rely on. If you have more than one vehicle in your fleet, and failure is not an option, Tackform is your only choice.
- Premium Materials: Real Aluminum Tube. Glass Filled Resin Knob Molded over Stainless steel threaded inserts. Stainless Steel and Aluminum Internal supports. CNC Machined Aluminum Dovetail Socket Ends.
- Optional accent Kit: There's a fine line between balanced color and gaudy. We absolutely nailed this one. We offer color accent kits (sold separately) which includes 2 CNC Machined Aluminum Knobs (With optional Anti Theft) as well as two CNC Machined aluminum Accent Rings that can easily clip on or off of the end of the Arm offering subtle accents to match your vehicles color scheme.
- Tackform 20 Series: Specifically designed for compatibility with Tackform’s 20 Series Platform, revolving around the 20mm ball and socket system. While compatible with other 20mm products, our parts stand out for their tested durability and engineered load capacities, featuring a safety factor not guaranteed by other manufacturers. Please Note: Not suitable for 25.4mm / 1” / B-Sized balls.
