When a JL or JLU gets lifted, the stock sway bar links no longer sit at the angle the bar was designed for. These extended rear links bring the bar back to its factory riding angle so it does its job on the road.
The vendor recommends them for a 2 inch lift and says they are required for a 3 inch lift. They are made from high-strength materials with gold zinc plating, and use sealed OE-style ball joints for long life and smooth articulation. One kit has everything needed for a single vehicle.
Dobinsons describes its adjustable sway bar links as built to restore proper sway bar geometry on lifted vehicles for better handling and stability. The adjustable ends let you reposition the bar to its factory angle even after a ride height change, and the same links also suit owners replacing worn ones on a stock truck.
