How to make a Dobinsons warranty claim
- Notify Dobinsons in writing within the warranty window (2 years from invoice for springs/shocks, 12 months for other parts) - late claims are treated as waived

- Return the part to Dobinsons or an approved importer for inspection, at your cost

The 100 Series Land Cruiser and LX 470 have independent front suspension, and once you lift them more than 2 inches the front CV angles get steeper than the joints like. This front differential drop kit rotates the front side of the differential carrier down to bring those driveline CV angles back into a better range, which reduces wear on the CVs.
Dobinsons describes its diff drop kits as vehicle-specific and recommended for lifted suspensions, particularly lifts of 2 inches or more, where they help maintain proper drivetrain geometry. Cutting the CV angle reduces wear and the chance of joint damage over time.

Toyota Land Cruiser 100 Series and Lexus LX 470, front. It is needed when lifting these trucks more than 2.0 inches.
What's included
All necessary hardware, including machined spacers, nuts and bolts, and skid plate spacers.
Install notes
Lowering the differential housing means the kit may or may not work with some factory or aftermarket skid plates. It comes with skid plate spacers, but some owners choose not to reinstall the skid plate afterward. The vendor notes the product photo is illustrative and the actual part may differ in size or appearance.
