This is Clayton Off Road's complete Overland+ long arm system for the 3.0L V6 diesel Jeep Wrangler JL, sized for a 3.5-inch lift. Long arms reduce suspension angles for a smoother, more controlled ride and give the axle more room to articulate and climb, which is why people with a lifted diesel JL tend to end up here.
The kit centers on eight adjustable upper and lower control arms. Narrow series Johnny joint adjusters offer up to 40 degrees of overall misalignment and are greasable and rebuildable, while Giiro joint bushings use a maintenance-free, dual-durometer design for free movement on and off the road. Clayton's Overland+ version uses Giiro joints at the lower end and in the adjusters. The arms and frame brackets are identical between the two versions, so adjusters can be swapped later if you change your mind. Clayton backs the control arms and track bars with a lifetime guarantee.
Fitment
2020-2023 Jeep Wrangler JL with the 3.0L V6 diesel (4-door only). This kit is for 4-door diesel models only. Confirm your trim and options with us if you are unsure.

Install notes

Does this fit a gas Wrangler?
No. The listing is for the 3.0L V6 diesel JL, 2020-2023. Clayton also specifies 4-door diesel only.
What is the difference between Overland+ and Premium?
The arms and frame brackets are identical. Overland+ uses Giiro joints at the lower end and in the adjusters; Premium uses Johnny joint adjusters with a Giiro joint bushing on the lower axle side. You can swap adjusters later.
Do the brackets need welding?
Yes, the frame brackets are weld-on.
