This is a front coil spring pair from Clayton Off Road made for the 4.5-inch suspension height on the Jeep Gladiator JT with the diesel engine. They are finished in black powder coat and made in the USA.
The diesel Gladiator carries more weight over the front axle, and this spring is the one sized for it. Clayton Off Road says the taller spring design adds capacity without making the ride stiff, which is what you want once a steel bumper and winch are hanging off the front. Clayton positions them for daily driving as well as trail use.
The listing gives the free length as 21.313 inches and the spring rate as 240 lb/in, which is the stiffest front rate in this group of Clayton springs.
Fitment
Jeep Gladiator JT, 2020 and newer, diesel models. Gas models need the separate V6 gas front spring, listed under its own part number.
