How to make a Canyon Adventure Vans warranty claim
- Submit the claim in writing within 14 days of finding the defect, and before the warranty ends
- Include name, address, phone, email and order number
- Explain how it failed, what vehicle it's on, how long it's been in use, and the part number and quantity
- Ship the item to CAV at your cost once approved; unauthorized or denied returns come back freight collect

The CAtuned Off-Road Rear Bumper is a heavy-gauge steel upgrade for the 2019-2024+ Mercedes Sprinter — built for owners who want real departure-angle protection without giving up factory functionality. Crafted from 3/16" DOM steel and finished in protective powder-coat, it swaps the vulnerable factory rear end for something that shrugs off trail contact and looks the part doing it.

A good rear bumper shouldn't cost you your parking sensors or trailer wiring. This one is engineered to work with your vehicle's sensors and to relocate the trailer connector, so the tech you rely on keeps working. Grip-tape across the top gives you sure footing when you're loading a roof or reaching gear, and it's built to accept Baja Designs S2 flush-mount lights for rear-facing scene lighting.
