How to make a Canyon Adventure Vans warranty claim
- Submit the claim in writing within 14 days of finding the defect, and before the warranty ends
- Include name, address, phone, email and order number
- Explain how it failed, what vehicle it's on, how long it's been in use, and the part number and quantity
- Ship the item to CAV at your cost once approved; unauthorized or denied returns come back freight collect

The Cargo Tray System Pro (CTS™ Pro) is Canyon Adventure Vans' modular, heavy-duty answer to the "where does the gear go" problem in an adventure van. This 28" x 19" configuration starts as a rugged, low-profile slide-out cargo tray that pulls your load out to you instead of making you crawl over it — and it keeps growing as your build does. Made in Utah from the same PRO SERIES™ aluminum that runs through the rest of the CTS line, it's engineered to organize the rear of your rig without eating headroom.
