How to make a Canyon Adventure Vans warranty claim

The Sprinter Ladder + Tire Carrier is the rear carrier that popularized the idea of putting a ladder and a spare on the back of a van, and the vendor calls it the best-selling exterior part in the industry. It is hard to find a built-out Sprinter without one. This Explorer version comes out of years of development and testing, and the vendor positions it as the lightest, strongest rear carrier available for these vans.
Those claims come from the maker rather than an independent test, but the premise is sound: one rack handles roof access and spare-tire carry, which saves adding two separate pieces of hardware to the back door. Weight matters on a van, so a lighter carrier gives you more payload for everything else you bring.
