The C.O.R.E. Visor is a tubular light bar built for the INEOS Grenadier to carry up to six high-output LED lights above the windshield line. It uses 1.25 inch tubing with 1 inch structural support tubing, because modern performance lighting is heavy. The vendor's example is six Baja Designs LP9 lights with brackets, which can weigh nearly 40 pounds.
The frame spreads that weight across four reinforced mounting points along the rain gutter, which reduces strain on the vehicle and adds rigidity. A stiffer platform also keeps vibration down so the beam pattern stays steady, and mounting outside rather than behind the windshield avoids glare. The design doubles as a brush bar to protect the lights from branches and trail hazards, and reinforced corner sections give you extra mounting options for side-facing ditch lights.
Light brackets combine CNC-machined billet aluminum and laser-cut steel, designed to work with several leading LED light brands. The standard finish is textured black powder coat, with custom colors available on request at extra lead time.
