What's covered
- Defects in materials and workmanship
- ROAM chooses whether to repair or replace; replacement parts may be used parts of equal or better quality
- ROAM pays for the repair/replacement and the return shipping on approved claims
What's not covered
- Normal breakdown of materials from long use, such as UV damage or worn zippers
- Accidents, abuse, misuse, alteration or improper care
- Shipping damage, and packages lost or not delivered in transit
- Damage from animals or weather
- Damage to non-ROAM products used with ROAM gear
- Gear that was not properly maintained (see ROAM's maintenance guide)
How to make a ROAM Adventure Co. warranty claim
- Report the problem within 30 days of delivery
- Fill out ROAM's warranty/RMA form with your order number plus detailed photos and video
- ROAM will reach out within 2-3 business days
- Expect the full process to take about 3-6 weeks or longer, depending on stock and shipping
