How to make a Bilstein warranty claim
- Start with the place you bought the shocks (that's us, if you bought from NVMOS)
- If the original seller can't help, email Bilstein's warranty team to confirm the part is warrantable and get a Warranty Evaluation Form. Don't send shocks in without contacting them first
- Ship the shocks, proof of purchase and the completed form using the label on the form, with tracking and signature. Don't ship with loaded springs, and if a shock is leaking, bag it rather than cleaning it
- Bilstein's quality and warranty teams evaluate the part and contact you with the result

It is built for the Toyota 4Runner (2003-2024), Lexus GX 460 and Lexus GX 470 and is valved for vehicles with 0-2.5 in. of rear lift. It suits drivers who want to tune rear damping for the trail or the highway.

Lexus GX 470 and GX 460 listings call for different rear lift ranges (GX 470 up to 2 in., GX 460 0.5-1.5 in.), and the GX 470 needs the rear coil spring conversion. 4Runner fitment is for vehicles without X-REAS suspension.
