How to make a Bilstein warranty claim
- Start with the place you bought the shocks (that's us, if you bought from NVMOS)
- If the original seller can't help, email Bilstein's warranty team to confirm the part is warrantable and get a Warranty Evaluation Form. Don't send shocks in without contacting them first
- Ship the shocks, proof of purchase and the completed form using the label on the form, with tracking and signature. Don't ship with loaded springs, and if a shock is leaking, bag it rather than cleaning it
- Bilstein's quality and warranty teams evaluate the part and contact you with the result

A front coilover kit for the 2014-2019 Chevy Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 (2019 Silverado 1500 LD and Sierra 1500 Limited). It swaps the front strut for a 60mm-body Bilstein shock with a coil spring, lifting the front 1.85-2.75 in.

For 4WD V8 trucks. Aftermarket upper control arms are required; Bilstein B8 Control Arm Kit 51-304669 or 51-304676 is recommended, depending on the factory arm style (the 2017 and later trucks use 51-304676). Not for trucks with Magnetic Ride Control. The 2019 fitment is the old-body Silverado 1500 LD and Sierra 1500 Limited only. Bilstein install instructions: download the PDF. Only the 2019 Silverado 1500 LD (and Sierra 1500 Limited), which share the 2014-2018 body style. It does not fit the redesigned 2019 Silverado 1500.
