How to make a Bilstein warranty claim
- Start with the place you bought the shocks (that's us, if you bought from NVMOS)
- If the original seller can't help, email Bilstein's warranty team to confirm the part is warrantable and get a Warranty Evaluation Form. Don't send shocks in without contacting them first
- Ship the shocks, proof of purchase and the completed form using the label on the form, with tracking and signature. Don't ship with loaded springs, and if a shock is leaking, bag it rather than cleaning it
- Bilstein's quality and warranty teams evaluate the part and contact you with the result

A front coilover kit for the 2007-2013 Chevy Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500. It replaces the front strut with a Bilstein 60mm-body shock and coil spring that lifts the front end 1.85-2.75 in. It is for owners who want a leveled or lifted stance with a firmer, better-damped ride.
