How to make a Bilstein warranty claim
- Start with the place you bought the shocks (that's us, if you bought from NVMOS)
- If the original seller can't help, email Bilstein's warranty team to confirm the part is warrantable and get a Warranty Evaluation Form. Don't send shocks in without contacting them first
- Ship the shocks, proof of purchase and the completed form using the label on the form, with tracking and signature. Don't ship with loaded springs, and if a shock is leaking, bag it rather than cleaning it
- Bilstein's quality and warranty teams evaluate the part and contact you with the result

This is a Bilstein B8 5160 46mm monotube shock with a remote reservoir for the rear left of the Toyota 4Runner 2003-2024, Lexus GX 460 2010-2023, Toyota FJ Cruiser 2007-2014, Lexus GX 470 2003-2009. It is valved for 0-2 in. rear lift. It replaces the factory damper with a monotube unit built for steadier control on and off pavement.
