How to make a Bilstein warranty claim

Start with the place you bought the shocks (that's us, if you bought from NVMOS)
If the original seller can't help, email Bilstein's warranty team to confirm the part is warrantable and get a Warranty Evaluation Form. Don't send shocks in without contacting them first
Ship the shocks, proof of purchase and the completed form using the label on the form, with tracking and signature. Don't ship with loaded springs, and if a shock is leaking, bag it rather than cleaning it
Bilstein's quality and warranty teams evaluate the part and contact you with the result
