How to make a BAK warranty claim
- Return the defective cover to the place of purchase during the warranty period, or submit a claim through BAK's warranty claim form on RealTruck.
- Provide the order number, your name, address, phone and email, vehicle year, make and model, and the product name or part number.
- Describe the problem and include a copy of the original receipt and photos of the product.
- Get authorization from BAK before shipping anything back.

The BAK Revolver X2 is a hard rolling tonneau cover that fits the Ram 1500/2500/3500 (2012-2024) with the 6 ft. 4 in. bed, with RamBox. Interlocking aluminum slats under a one-piece DualShield 60-grade vinyl skin give it hard-cover strength with roll-up operation, and rotational locking rails with slam latches secure it. It suits owners who want roll-up convenience with hard-cover security.

Measure your bed and confirm it is the 6 ft. 4 in. length before ordering. This one is made for trucks with RamBox. On the Ram 1500 it is for the Classic body style, so 2019 and newer owners should confirm they have a Classic and not the New Body Style. That body-style check does not apply to the 2500/3500.
