How to make a AMP Research warranty claim
- Return the product to the place of purchase, or submit a claim through AMP's warranty claim form on RealTruck.
- Provide the order number, your name, address, phone and email, vehicle year, make and model, and the product name or part number.
- Describe the problem and include a copy of the original receipt and photos of the product.
- Wait for AMP's authorization before shipping anything back; unauthorized returns are not accepted.

AMP Research PowerStep XL running boards for the Chevrolet Silverado (2022-2026), Chevrolet Silverado HD (2024-2026), GMC Sierra (2022-2026) and GMC Sierra HD (2023-2026) deploy up to 3 in. lower than a standard PowerStep, so the step lands where lifted rigs need it. Like the standard boards, they extend with the door and tuck away when it closes. They suit lifted trucks and taller rides where a standard board still leaves a big first step.
