AMP's first route for a claim is the place of purchase, and it wants the order number, receipt and photos up front. Contact NVMOS first: we have the order details, can help you check the harness and door signal before a claim and will get the authorization and replacement from AMP. Have your order number and a few photos of the issue ready, then call or text us at (920) 249-7744 or send us a message.
