How to make a AMP Research warranty claim
- Return the product to the place of purchase, or submit a claim through AMP's warranty claim form on RealTruck.
- Provide the order number, your name, address, phone and email, vehicle year, make and model, and the product name or part number.
- Describe the problem and include a copy of the original receipt and photos of the product.
- Wait for AMP's authorization before shipping anything back; unauthorized returns are not accepted.

The AMP Research BedStep2 is a retractable side step that frame-mounts just behind the cab, ahead of the rear wheel, on the Ford F-250 Super Duty (1999-2016) and the Ford F-350 Super Duty (1999-2016), all beds. It puts a step right where you reach over the bed side for tools and cargo. It suits trucks with a toolbox or gear stored up front in the bed.
