What's covered
- Defects in design and manufacturing for 2 years from the purchase date
- Water leaks under normal use on an unmodified light
- If an identical part is no longer made, AlphaRex may replace it with a similar product of comparable value
What's not covered
- Installation errors, installation labor and vehicle down time
- Wear and tear, misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents and collisions
- Modified lights, including HID or LED bulb conversions that let in moisture
- Water damage from submerging the light during off-road use
- Connection problems caused by dielectric or sealing grease on connectors or sockets (AlphaRex says not to use it)
How to make an AlphaRex warranty claim
- Get a Return Authorization (RMA) number from AlphaRex customer service before sending anything back; claims without one are not processed
- Have your proof of purchase ready, plus photos or video that show the defect
- Return the light in its original packaging; AlphaRex inspects it before sending the replacement
- Keep your factory sockets and wiring, since some AlphaRex lights use plugs or converters that replace them

AlphaRex Universal MKII DoubleTap Dual-Color LED Projector Fog Lights for Toyota 4Runner (2010-2023) / Toyota Tacoma (2012-2023) / Toyota Tundra (2014-2021) and More

Dual AlphaRex LUXX LED chips give you 6500K white and 3000K yellow in one housing, and you swap between them by cycling the fog light switch off and on within five seconds. Projector lenses keep the beam focused and wide instead of the diffuse glow you get from halogen.
| Spec | Detail |
|---|---|

| Color output | 6500K white and 3000K yellow |
| Color switching | DoubleTap: turn fog lights off and back on within 5 seconds |
| Optics | Projector lenses |
| Requirement | Factory fog lights, or separate bezels, wiring harness and switch |
| Add-on kits | Bezel, harness and switch for select Sienna, RAV4, Tacoma and Tundra years |
| Fitment | Toyota 4Runner 2010-2023; Toyota Tacoma 2012-2023; Toyota Tundra 2014-2021; Lexus LX 570 2008-2015; plus other Toyota, Lexus and Scion models |
These replace existing factory fog lights. If your vehicle didn't come with fog lights, plan on sourcing separate bezels, a wiring harness and a switch. Bezel, harness and switch kits are offered as add-ons for select Sienna, RAV4, Tacoma and Tundra years. Lexus IS fitment depends on model year and bumper package, so check the fitment list carefully. Not sure which version your truck needs? Call real humans at (920) 249-7744 with your year, trim and current lights and we will confirm it.
How do I switch between white and yellow?
Turn the fog lights off and back on within 5 seconds and the output changes color. It works through your existing fog light switch.
Which vehicles do these fit?
Highlights include the 2010-2023 Toyota 4Runner, 2012-2023 Tacoma, 2014-2021 Tundra and 2008-2015 Lexus LX 570. AlphaRex's list also covers many other Toyota, Lexus and Scion models, such as the Camry, Corolla, RAV4, Sienna, Lexus IS and RX, and Scion tC.
My vehicle didn't come with fog lights. Will these still work?
They're built as an upgrade for vehicles that already have stock fog lights. Without them, you'll need a separate set of bezels, a wiring harness and a switch.
Can I add bezels and wiring with the order?
Yes, for select models. Add-on kits with bezel, harness and switch are offered for the 2011-2016 Sienna, 2006-2008 and 2009-2012 RAV4, 2012-2015 and 2016-2023 Tacoma, and 2014-2021 Tundra.
