How to make an AEV warranty claim

The AEV EX Front Bumper sets a new standard for Jeep® JL Wrangler and Gladiator front-end protection. Designed, tested, and manufactured in the USA, it delivers superior strength, style, and functionality, outperforming even the factory steel winch bumper.
Standard vs. High Flare Fitment
In North America, Rubicon and Mojave (JT) models came with a "high" fender flare option that allows for more tire clearance. Visually they look similar to the ones used on other models however, these fender flares sit about an inch higher and an inch wider than the standard fender flares found on Sport and Sahara models. Export models may vary depending on the country they were built for.

Compatible with all OEM fog light options, the EX Front Bumper also supports optional AEV 7000 Series LED Off-Road Lights and a 20" lightbar mount for exceptional illumination. An available Trail Cam Relocation Kit ensures an unobstructed trail view, even with the center hoop installed.
Built for Recovery & Reliability
Equipped with dual Hi-Lift Jack guides, heavy-duty recovery points (tested to OE load standards), and full winch compatibility including the Warn Zeon 10-S, this bumper is ready for any recovery scenario. A non-winch cover plate is available for a clean look when a winch is not installed.
