How to make a Canyon Adventure Vans warranty claim
- Submit the claim in writing within 14 days of finding the defect, and before the warranty ends
- Include name, address, phone, email and order number
- Explain how it failed, what vehicle it's on, how long it's been in use, and the part number and quantity
- Ship the item to CAV at your cost once approved; unauthorized or denied returns come back freight collect

Bed Riser Pro Bed Bolsters (Pair)
Raising the bed platform leaves a gap between the mattress edge and the van wall, and that gap is where pillows, phones and small gear disappear. These bolster pads fill it. Canyon Adventure Vans custom cuts them to match the taper of the van wall, so they sit flush along the side of the raised platform instead of leaving a wedge-shaped void.
They are made as the finishing piece for CAV bed risers and attach with the included 3M Velcro strips, so there is no drilling and they come out again if you change the layout.
