How to make a Canyon Adventure Vans warranty claim
- Submit the claim in writing within 14 days of finding the defect, and before the warranty ends
- Include name, address, phone, email and order number
- Explain how it failed, what vehicle it's on, how long it's been in use, and the part number and quantity
- Ship the item to CAV at your cost once approved; unauthorized or denied returns come back freight collect

1/4"-20 Female Aluminum 20mm Mounting Ball — Extra for NAV-Mount™ or L-Track Pro
This is a spare aluminum 20mm mounting ball with a female 1/4"-20 thread, the same thread standard used on most tripods and on the base of most cameras. It is the piece that lets a camera ride on a NAV-Mount™ or L-Track Pro arm instead of a separate tripod or suction mount.
Canyon Adventure Vans lists it as an extra ball for an existing NAV-Mount™ or L-Track Pro setup. It also works with certain backup cameras, which makes it handy when you want a camera somewhere other than the factory location.
