What's covered
- Defects in CBI-manufactured parts for as long as the original buyer owns them
- Missing parts or hardware if reported within 90 days
- CBI's remedy is limited to repair, replacement or refund
What's not covered
- Powder coat finish of any kind
- Normal wear, cosmetic rust and scratches
- Accidents, unlawful vehicle use, racing or competition
- Any customer modification or repair
- Misuse, neglect, overloading or improper assembly/installation
- Lost profits, consequential damages or damage to the vehicle
- Items lost in transit on return
How to make a CBI Offroad Fab warranty claim
- Test-fit the product and check all hardware before installing
- Submit a claim through the online warranty form (phone claims not accepted)
- Include a copy of your original invoice
- Wait for an RMA number (reply in about 2-3 business days)
- Ship the item to CBI, at your cost, with tracking and insurance, RMA printed on the label and box
