About Eezi-Awn

Eezi-Awn got its start in recreational vehicle equipment in 1983 and grew into one of the better-known names in rooftop tents, vehicle awnings and roof racks. Its head office and factory sit in Midrand, outside Johannesburg, and the gear ships from there to the US, Europe and Australia.

The company motto is "Beyond Comparison," built on the idea that quality outlasts a low price. In the US, Eezi-Awn lists Equipt1 in Salt Lake City as its distributor.

What we carry from Eezi-Awn

The backbone is the K9 rack, a modular aluminum system sold as vehicle-specific roof rack kits and load bar kits, plus bed rail kits for trucks and load bar kits for truck shells. Add-ons include ladders, rack accessories, and traction board, jack and fuel can mounts.

On the camp side: soft shell and hard shell rooftop tents and tent parts, awnings with wall sets and mounts, fridge slides and the fridge shuttle, and camp tables, chairs and water tanks.

Fitments include Land Cruiser 40 through 200 Series, 3rd–5th gen 4Runner, Tacoma, Tundra, FJ Cruiser, Lexus GX and LX, Land Rover Defender, Discovery and LR3/LR4, Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator, Ford Ranger, Mitsubishi Montero and the Ineos Grenadier.

How to choose

Eezi-Awn rewards a little planning up front and very little guessing.

• Buy for your exact vehicle and generation. Load bar kits and full roof rack kits are listed separately, so read the title before it goes in the cart.
• Start with what you need now. K9 is modular, so slats and accessories bolt on later as the build grows.
• Awning accessories are model-specific. Wall sets and mounts are made for particular awnings (Bat, Manta, Swift, Series 1000/2000), so match them to the awning you own.

Lead times & shipping

In-stock Eezi-Awn items ship from NVMOS in 24–48 hours. Some items ship direct from the brand or are built to order, so check the product page for current availability or give us a call. Our current lead times page lists the latest estimates across brands.

Eezi-Awn warranty

K9 roof racks, load bars and rack accessories carry 3 years; rooftop tents (hard shells included), awnings and K9 chairs carry 2 years. Both periods run from the date of manufacture, not the date you bought it, and claims require the original invoice. Read the full Eezi-Awn warranty summary.
