What's covered
- Defects in materials or workmanship within the warranty period
- Eezi-Awn chooses the fix: repair, replacement, refund, or credit toward a future purchase
What's not covered
- Normal wear such as scratches, dents, tears and cosmetic oxidation
- Storm or wind damage, careless use and accidents
- Modifications or repairs done by someone not authorized
- Damage in transit or from storing the product incorrectly
- Misuse, overloading, or installation that doesn't follow the instructions
How to make a Eezi-Awn warranty claim
- Contact the Eezi-Awn reseller you bought from
- Have your original invoice (or a copy) ready; claims are refused without it
- Return the product with the invoice copy to Eezi-Awn or the reseller for assessment
