DV8 Offroad Heavy-Duty Cast Iron Differential Cover, Dana 35 — Jeep Wrangler JK (2007–2018)
The stock stamped cover is one of the first things to dent when a Dana 35 meets a rock. DV8 replaces it with high tensile nodular cast iron, a thick 1/2 inch mounting flange and a 1/4 inch housing.
The face carries DV8's patent-pending tread design, finished in gray powder coat, and it bolts on with 12.9 hardware.

Which axle does it fit?
The Dana 35. Check your axle before ordering, since this cover will not fit a Dana 30 or Dana 44.
How is it stronger than stock?
It is high tensile nodular cast iron with a 1/2 inch flange and 1/4 inch housing, instead of a thin stamped cover.
What hardware does it use?
Grade 12.9 hardware, which DV8 says is 18 percent stronger than grade 8.
What color is it?
Gray powder coat.
