- Incidental or consequential damages
- Products bought on auction or bid sites such as eBay, Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist, even if advertised as new
- Closeout and open-box items bought from third parties, and special order or custom products
How to make a Tuffy Security Products warranty claim
- Have your proof of purchase ready; Tuffy requires it for every claim.
- Complete the warranty claim form on Tuffy's warranty page.
- When calling about parts or a claim, have the product registered and know your vehicle's year, make and model, the Tuffy product number and your original invoice.
- For a lost key, find the key number engraved on the key or the lock face; it should begin with 45 and have five digits.
- Report shipping damage within 30 days of receiving the package, with photos of the box and the damaged parts.

The Tuffy Deluxe Security Deck Enclosure turns the cargo area of a Jeep Wrangler JL into a locked steel box that works with the tailgate lock. This version is for JLs without the factory subwoofer. It suits JL owners who leave gear in the back with the top off or the windows open.

Fits JLs without the OEM subwoofer, with or without a hard or soft top; it does not accommodate the optional Alpine rear speaker. On 2-door models the rear seat must come out.
