This is Backwoods Adventure Mods' hidden-winch front bumper for the 2022–2026 3rd Gen Toyota Tundra. It finishes the front of the truck with real recovery points, a place for a winch, and more strength than the factory plastic — while following Toyota's body lines closely enough that it still looks like it belongs.
Like the rest of the Backwoods line, it uses a two-piece hybrid design: an aluminum outer shell that will not rust over a steel winch cradle that carries the load.
Why it works
- Hybrid two-piece build — 15 lb aluminum shell over a 41 lb steel winch cradle, 58 lb total.
- Hidden winch — fits up to a 12K Warn-size winch.
- Two steel, frame-mounted 3/4" shackle mounts for recovery.
- Two large cutouts for airflow and access to the winch controls.
- Works with the factory parking sensors and the TRD skid plate.
- Black powder coat included. Made in the USA.

Install notes
Direct bolt-on with minimal cutting. Because the shell and cradle install separately, one person can manage it, and the split design makes routing winch wiring easier. Watch the install video before you start:

Yes. Backwoods designed it to work with the factory Tundra parking sensors, and it is compatible with the TRD skid plate.
