How to make a Toyo warranty claim
- Take the vehicle, tires, warranty booklet and original invoice to an authorized Toyo dealer
- Include your installation and rotation records
- Sign the Toyo claim form at the dealer
- Bought online? Send the claim and dismounted tire to the seller or Toyo, paying dismount and shipping
