DV8 Offroad MTO Series Rear Bumper — 2016-2023 Toyota Tacoma (RBTT1-04)
The MTO Series rear bumper is a direct replacement for the third-gen Tacoma's factory rear bumper, with no cutting or modification. It keeps the OEM license plate mounts and lights, works with reverse sensors (plugs supplied for trucks without them), and adds two reinforced clevis mounts for 3/4-inch D-rings.
Steps at each corner and in the middle give you a way up into the bed. Behind the aluminum mesh panels near each end there is room for a 3-inch pod light, and the panels can be painted or left raw.

Will it work with blind spot monitoring?
No. DV8 lists it as not compatible with the blind spot detection module.
Do I need the factory hitch?
Yes. DV8 states it is only compatible with Tacomas that have the OEM hitch.
Are D-rings included?
No. The bumper has two reinforced mounts for 3/4-inch D-rings; the shackles are sold separately.
Is cutting required?
No. It is a direct replacement for the factory bumper. DV8 estimates about 2.5 hours, and a helper or jack makes positioning easier.
