The STILLEN TruPedal is a throttle response controller for the 2014-2018 GMC Sierra 1500. Modern drive-by-wire pedals add a pause between your foot and the engine, and the TruPedal is designed to remove that delay by optimizing the signal passed from the pedal to the engine, so the truck feels more direct.
You choose from four preset driving modes (not counting stock): Race for maximum responsiveness, Sport for dynamic acceleration, City for smooth stop-and-go control and Eco for efficiency. Each mode has seven fine-tuning options, 28 in total. A Valet mode sharply reduces throttle performance when someone else is driving.
It also doubles as a security device. Using Bluetooth authorization, the TruPedal can immobilize the throttle until your phone is present, and settings are adjusted from your smartphone.

What does the TruPedal actually change?
It optimizes the signal between the accelerator pedal and the engine to reduce throttle lag. It does not add horsepower on its own; it changes how quickly the truck responds to pedal input.
What driving modes does it have?
Four presets besides stock: Race, Sport, City and Eco, each with seven fine-tuning options, plus a Valet mode that reduces throttle performance.
How does the immobilizer work?
It uses Bluetooth authorization and can immobilize the throttle until your phone is present, so it also works as a theft deterrent.
