These STILLEN cross drilled and slotted one-piece rotors are a direct replacement for the stock rotors on the rear axle of the 2003-2005 Nissan Titan. They arrive as a kit with new brake pads and hardware, so you refresh the whole friction surface at once instead of pairing fresh rotors with tired pads. The factory geometry stays put, which means the stock calipers keep working and nothing about the brake system has to change.
The pattern does two jobs. Drilled holes give heat and water a quick path off the rotor face, which helps resist fade and pad glazing under load. Slots keep sweeping the pad surface and give outgassing a place to go, so the bite stays more even from stop to stop. STILLEN also lists the pads as ceramic with a chamfered leading edge, which grips well and keeps brake dust down.
